Course terms

By enrolling for a course through the website of RGM Trainings you agree to these course terms. The Dutch version is the authoritative text.

Cancellation of a course or event by RGM Trainings

1. RGM Trainings reserves the right to cancel a course or event at any time. RGM Trainings will do everything possible to avoid cancellation. If a course is cancelled and a participant therefore decides not to take part, including in a future course, the amount paid is refunded in full.

Cancellation by a participant

2. If a participant cancels a course or event, an administration fee of € 25.00 excluding VAT is charged in all cases, regardless of the circumstances.
3. Cancellation up to 30 days before the start: the course fee is credited in full. Cancellation 15 to 30 days before the start: 75% of the course fee is credited. Cancellation 8 to 14 days before the start: 50% of the course fee is credited. Cancellation 0 to 7 days before the start: no course fee is credited.

Payment

4. After enrolment the participant receives an invoice. A place on a course or event is only confirmed once payment of the invoice has been received. If payment has not been received 7 days before the start, the place may be given to someone else.
5. In consultation with RGM Trainings the course fee can be paid in instalments.

Postponing participation

6. To become a certified RGM practitioner you need to complete both module 1 and module 2. Module 2 must be taken within 12 months of module 1. Where there is reason to do so, RGM Trainings can agree an exception. After those 12 months the right to take module 2 lapses, and the course fee is not refunded. If you still want to take module 2, you first retake day 2 of module 1. The fee for that day is € 200, excluding VAT.

Liability

7. RGM Trainings accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to the property of participants in a course or event organised by RGM Trainings.

Complaints

8. For a complaint about a course or event, contact RGM Trainings. RGM Trainings will do everything possible to resolve the complaint in a way that is satisfactory and acceptable to both parties.
